Thaw Sperm in Vials

Reagents, supplies, and equipment:

• Wide bore pipette tips

Thawing Sperm in Vials:

1. Remove the cryovial from LN2 storage. Place the vial at room temperature until thawed, about 12 to 15 minutes.
2. Using a wide bore pipette tip, remove the quantity of sperm needed for IVF.
