Our team of\u00a0technical support and instructional design professionals offers a variety of services to faculty, staff, and students.\u00a0If you need immediate help, please submit a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vstar-help.app.vanderbilt.edu\/supportcenter\/open.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Help Ticket<\/a>. Our office is located in <a href=\"https:\/\/newsonline.library.vanderbilt.edu\/2022\/07\/an-ebl-welcome-to-new-students-staff-and-faculty\/\">Eskind Biomedical Library<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Have you seen our <a href=\"https:\/\/vstar-help.app.vanderbilt.edu\/knowledge-base\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">help site<\/a>? It serves as a central location for our technical support documentation, organized by each tool. We are available to troubleshoot issues, provide instructional documentation for getting started, suggest best practices for your workflows, and conduct various levels of training for individuals or groups. The table below lists the technologies we most commonly support. If our help site does not answer your questions or you would like support for a technology not listed here, please <a href=\"https:\/\/vstar-help.app.vanderbilt.edu\/supportcenter\/open.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">submit a ticket<\/a> to our team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>VSTAR Applications<\/strong>:\u00a0The VSTAR suite of applications is the primary source of course content and student progress data. Learn more about the various VSTAR applications.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Echo360<\/strong>:\u00a0Echo360 is used to store and record videos\/lectures. Lecture videos can be organized by course and made available to students in that course, and video files can be uploaded to this site and given an access link or embed code. To gain access to Echo360, please <a href=\"https:\/\/vstar-help.app.vanderbilt.edu\/supportcenter\/open.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">request an account<\/a> from our team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Poll Everywhere:\u00a0<\/strong>Poll Everywhere provides instructors the ability to set up a list of poll questions to present during a lecture or event. Students are able to answer the questions online or by mobile phone, and instructors can choose to display the results during the presentation. To gain access to Poll Everywhere, please<a href=\"https:\/\/vstar-help.app.vanderbilt.edu\/supportcenter\/open.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> request an account<\/a> from our team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Qualtrics<\/strong>:\u00a0Qualtrics is a survey tool used by the school of medicine. \u00a0Qualtrics offers many options for designing and distributing surveys, and it includes a variety of reporting abilities for analyzing and exporting the data you receive. To gain access to Qualtrics, please <a href=\"https:\/\/vstar-help.app.vanderbilt.edu\/supportcenter\/open.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">request an account<\/a> from our team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Zoom:<\/strong>\u00a0Zoom is the main videoconferencing tool used by the school of medicine. Zoom allows you to host or attend virtual meetings, with options to share your webcam or screen, chat with other participants, join breakout rooms, and more. Zoom accounts have been given to all University students, faculty, and staff.
